The Role – Head of Commercial Property

You will take responsibility for leading and developing the Commercial Property department, overseeing complex transactions and contributing to the wider growth and success of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, managing and developing the Commercial Property team.

  • Handling a varied caseload of complex commercial property transactions.

  • Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters.

  • Driving departmental growth and contributing to business development initiatives.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Mentoring colleagues and promoting a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

  • Contributing to the strategic direction and continued development of the practice.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors, Senior Associates and established Heads of Department who are ready for their next career move.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in Commercial Property Law.

  • A strong track record of managing complex commercial property transactions.

  • Experience leading, supervising or developing a property team.

  • Excellent technical knowledge and a commercially focused approach.

  • Strong communication, leadership and client relationship skills.

  • An interest in business development and growing a successful legal practice.
