An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Debt Recovery Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing legal practice as Head of Debt Recovery in Liverpool.
This senior leadership role offers the chance to lead and develop a successful recovery function, overseeing complex recovery strategies, driving team performance and delivering outstanding results for a diverse client base.
The Role
As Head of Debt Recovery, you will manage a team handling a broad range of recovery matters, from pre-legal collections through to litigation and enforcement. You will oversee high-value and complex cases, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
- Strong experience in Debt Recovery and Civil Litigation
- Excellent knowledge of litigation and enforcement processes
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
- Experience in insolvency, asset recovery or enforcement would be advantageous
