Are you an experienced Family Solicitor ready to step into a Head of Department role? A well-established regional law firm is seeking a talented individual to lead their Family Law team to shape and lead the department.

Job Role
As Head of Department, you will manage and supervise a small, dedicated team delivering high-value, privately funded family law services. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in a growing team with strong referral networks and a solid billing history.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and develop a team
* Handle a high-quality caseload of private family work including divorce, finances, HNW cases, and agricultural matters
* Provide supervision, support, and training to team members
* Maintain and develop the firm's excellent reputation and client base
* Work closely with Partners to shape the department's future
Job Requirements
* 5-10 years PQE+ in Family Law (more experienced candidates also welcome)
* Experience with complex, privately funded family matters
* Proven ability to supervise or lead a team
* Strong client care, communication, and commercial awareness
* Confident working autonomously and taking initiative
