An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to lead a successful and growing Housing Disrepair team in Liverpool.

As Head of Litigation, you will oversee both pre-litigated and litigated claims, drive team performance, maintain compliance standards and play a key role in the continued growth of the department. You'll also provide support on complex, high-value matters while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong Housing Disrepair and Civil Litigation experience
• Proven team leadership and supervisory experience
• Excellent client care, communication and commercial skills
