About the Housing Disrepair Solicitor Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of Housing Disrepair matters, working closely with clients and colleagues to progress cases effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair and related housing matters
- Advising and supporting clients throughout their claims
- Handling your own files and ensuring matters progress efficiently
- Working closely with colleagues across the team
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Housing Disrepair team
About You
This opportunity is open to Solicitors from NQ to 5 PQE with relevant Housing or Housing Disrepair experience.
You’ll need:
- To be a qualified Solicitor from NQ–5 PQE
- Experience handling Housing Disrepair matters
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Good case management experience
- The ability to manage your own caseload
- A proactive and organised approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
