This is an excellent opportunity for a Housing Management Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading specialist Housing teams, acting for an impressive client base of registered providers, local authorities and private landlords.
Based in Birmingham, you'll become part of a nationally recognised team advising on the full spectrum of housing management matters. The role
You'll manage your own varied caseload of housing management and property litigation matters, advising clients on a broad range of issues including possession proceedings, injunctions, disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour matters and wider housing management advice.
Alongside running your own files, you'll work closely with experienced partners on larger and more complex matters, gaining exposure to high-profile cases while developing your technical expertise.
The role also offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, deliver training to clients, supervise junior team members and play an active role in business development as the team continues to grow.

- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
- Strong experience in housing management
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent technical, drafting and case management skills
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience supervising junior lawyers or paralegals would be advantageous
- Interest in business development and supporting the continued growth of the team
