HR & Employment Law Specialist | Leeds or Hull | Hybrid working
A leading legal services organisation is seeking an experienced HR & Employment Law Specialist to join its Legal Advice Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified HR professional or employment law specialist who enjoys providing practical, client-focused advice across a broad range of workplace matters.
In this role, you will provide tailored employment law and HR guidance to clients via telephone and email, helping them navigate complex employee relations issues and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing employment law and HR advice to clients by phone and email.
- Managing client enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting clients in the use of digital tools and services.
- Identifying matters requiring referral to specialist legal teams.
- Contributing to webinars, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Supporting the development of legal and HR content and services.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Associate CIPD (Level 5 minimum), or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience working within a busy HR or employment law environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with case management systems
