Sacco Mann is delighted to be working with a market-leading specialist firm in sport and media law, recruiting an Immigration Solicitor (NQ–4 PQE) to join its growing Manchester-based team.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of sport and media, advising elite athletes, clubs, agents, brands and high-profile individuals on complex and often time-sensitive immigration matters.
The firm is widely recognised as a leader in its field, acting for some of the most prominent names in sport and media both nationally and internationally. You’ll be joining a collaborative, ambitious team with a genuine passion for the sector.
The role:
- Advising on a broad range of personal and business immigration matters
- Handling applications under the Points Based System, particularly work routes
- Supporting clients with sponsorship licences and sponsor management systems
- Advising on settlement and British citizenship applications
- Keeping up to date with changes in Home Office policy and immigration law
- Working closely with high-profile clients in the sport and media sectors
- Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the immigration practice

The ideal candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ–4 years’ PQE in Immigration Law
- Strong experience across a range of visa applications and Immigration Rules
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Interest in sport and/or media law would be advantageous, but not essential
