About the role
- In-house Commercial Paralegal within a well-established legal team
- You will provide legal and administrative support across the legal team, assisting with contract reviews, contract negotiations, legal advice and claims,
- The role involves working closely with solicitors in the legal team, engineering professionals, and external contacts.
- The position offers a fantastic chance to start your commercial legal career in a varied, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate
- Law graduate with strong academics
- Genuine interest in commercial law
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external advisors
- Proactive approach to workload management, able to prioritise effectively
- Familiarity with contract review, risk assessment, and legal databases is advantageous but not essential
