The Company
Sacco Mann is working alongside a highly-regarded Liverpool-based multi-disciplinary engineering and property consultancy. Well established, they are providing civil and structural engineering, building surveying, geotechnical/environmental work and associated services across a range of sectors including large scale residential affordable housing, education, healthcare and commercial retail.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director and CEO, you will collaborate closely with project managers, administrative teams, and external legal advisors. Potential candidates will have with a background in construction law and may be either an experienced Contracts Manager or a qualified legal professional seeking a part-time arrangement.
You will provide critical support in the review, coordination, and management of client contracts, fee proposals, and technical documentation - helping to drive clarity, consistency, and commercial robustness across all formal engagements.
The Person
You’re likely to have demonstrable commercial/contracts experience, ideally within construction or consultancy sectors, and have experience assessing formal client documentation including Appointments, Collateral Warranties, and Contractual Agreements in a construction environment.
A collegiate and proactive outlook, you’ll take ownership in reviewing contracts, managing amendments, obtaining agreements from relevant stakeholders, and ensuring documents are executed properly currently – keeping key personnel informed, therefore stellar communication skills are a must.
