About the Role
Working as part of the Group Legal team, you'll provide legal support across a broad range of commercial and property matters, including:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, terms and conditions and other legal documentation.
- Assisting with a variety of real estate and property-related legal work.
- Supporting qualified lawyers with legal research and day-to-day legal matters.
- Assisting with document management, compliance and legal processes to ensure an efficient legal service.
This is a varied role that offers exposure to both commercial and property work, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad in-house legal skillset.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous Paralegal experience, ideally within commercial or property related law.
- Experience of commercial contracts, with knowledge of terms and conditions being particularly advantageous.
- An interest in, or exposure to, commercial property or real estate matters.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and a genuine desire to develop your legal career within a commercial environment.
