Sacco Mann are working with a leading law firm, often shortlisted as one of the best places to work, who are looking for an Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor for their Leicester office.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic solicitor to join a highly regarded Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team working with a broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, SMEs, stakeholders, and national and international organisations.
The role will involve advising on both contentious and non-contentious personal and corporate insolvency matters, alongside corporate restructuring and advisory work. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team led by experienced practitioners who are committed to helping you develop and progress your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a broad range of insolvency and corporate recovery matters
- Handling both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work
- Supporting insolvency practitioners, businesses, and stakeholders on restructuring matters
- Assisting with corporate recovery, advisory, and litigation matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to deliver excellent client service
About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially aware, and ready to make an impact. You will have:
- Experience in insolvency and corporate recovery matters
- Ideally previous litigation experience
- Experience or interest in corporate restructuring and advisory work
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
- A collaborative and enthusiastic approach to team working
