About the role

  • Lead and manage a varied caseload of insolvency matters.

  • Provide strategic advice to clients on complex insolvency issues.

  • Develop and maintain strong client and professional relationships.

  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the development of the wider team.

  • Identify opportunities to develop the practice and generate new business.

  • Play a key role in the continued success and growth of the insolvency offering.

The ideal candidate

  • An established Insolvency Partner or experienced senior solicitor with a strong background in insolvency law.

  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience handling complex matters.

  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills.

  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

  • A commercial mindset and proactive approach to practice development.

  • A commitment to delivering excellent client service.
