About the role
- Position: Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor

You will join the national practice to develop and lead the restructuring work within the Manchester office, working closely with senior partners. Your responsibilities will include advising on complex transactional and advisory matters, liaising with a broad stakeholder base, and contributing to the growth of the practice area. The role offers exposure to domestic and international high-value cases, providing an excellent platform to demonstrate your expertise and leadership abilities.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 8 years PQE, ideally gained within high-calibre firms known for restructuring & insolvency work
- Proven track record in managing transactional and advisory matters
- Strong business development skills and the confidence to generate new client opportunities
- Experience supervising junior team members and working collaboratively
- Exceptional drafting, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive, motivated approach with a commitment to outstanding client service
