About the role
This permanent position as an Insurance Fraud Lawyer involves:
- Handling a caseload of suspected fraudulent RTA claims from initial litigation through to resolution
- Working within a dynamic team of fraud specialists and legal support staff
- Running files involving a range of staged, exaggerated, or organised crime claims
- Collaborating closely with Lead Lawyers to develop and implement case strategies
- Applying forensic and analytical skills to assess evidence and make informed decisions within strict deadlines
- Identifying litigation opportunities and contributing to strategic client advice

The ideal candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with experience in insurance litigation, particularly in personal injury or RTA claims
- Possess a background in handling organised or linked fraud cases (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate strong analytical and advocacy skills, with an eye for detail and a forensic approach to evidence
- Be confident in managing caseloads, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines
- Have a good working knowledge of the litigation process and relevant regulations
- Show excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
