Junior Construction Solicitor | Greater Manchester | NQ - 2 PQE | Competitive Salary + Benefits | Hybrid Working |
Are you a junior solicitor looking to build a career in Construction Law and work alongside experienced specialists on high-quality, complex matters?
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Greater Manchester is looking to grow its Construction team with the appointment of a Junior Construction Solicitor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the earlier stages of their career who wants genuine exposure to interesting construction work, close support from senior lawyers and a clear opportunity to develop within the team.
The Role
Joining an experienced Construction practice, you’ll work closely with senior lawyers and gain exposure to a broad range of construction matters and projects.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work on high-quality construction matters for an established client base
- Assist on complex and large-scale projects
- Work directly alongside experienced senior construction lawyers
- Develop your technical expertise and client-facing skills
- Take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows
- Build a long-term career within a supportive and growing team
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply sit in the background supporting more senior lawyers. The firm is keen to find someone ambitious who wants to learn, get involved and develop into a key member of the practice.
What They’re Looking For
You’ll be a qualified solicitor at junior PQE level with an interest in developing your career within Construction Law.
Previous construction experience would be advantageous, although the firm is particularly interested in lawyers who can demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for the sector.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team where development is taken seriously and where you’ll have access to hands-on mentoring, quality work and plenty of opportunity to progress.
What’s On Offer?
Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, the firm offers:
- Hybrid and flexible working
- Excellent training and mentoring
- High-quality construction work
- Direct access to experienced senior lawyers
- Clear career progression
- A friendly and collaborative working environment
- Genuine investment in your long-term development
If you’re a junior solicitor looking for an opportunity to really build your Construction career rather than simply take your next job, this is well worth a conversation.
If you are looking to advance your career in construction law within a firm that values its people and offers a positive, forward-thinking workplace, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please contact Jenny on email jenny.vickerstaff@saccomann.com to discuss this opportunity further.
