The Role
You'll be joining a busy and friendly Private Client department, providing support to experienced fee earners across a broad range of matters. This is a varied role that offers plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to build your knowledge within Private Client law.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of Private Client matters.
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Opening and managing client files.
- Liaising with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently.
- Managing diaries, appointments and general administrative tasks.
- Ensuring files are maintained accurately and in line with firm procedures.
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant, ideally within a Private Client department.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to your work.
- The ability to work well as part of a busy team.
