The Client
Sacco Mann is working with a recently listed, market leading organisation which has a small, friendly and central in-house legal team which is looking to expand. It has won numerous awards and is is one of the most recognisable names in their field.
The position
There now exists an exception opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to joing their growing In-house legal team, based out of their prestigious offices in Derby, working on a hybrid basis -2 days on site.
Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the role is varied, interesting and challenging, incorporating a strong corporate and commercial focus (around 50%), alongside involvement in governance, regulatory matters, employment, property, procurement and litigation.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will likely have recently qualified up to 2-3 years PQE – though candidates outside this bracket will be considered – and have some experience in commercial contracts or company law along with an inquisitive mind. You’ll have a demonstrable desire to work in-house and be an approachable, friendly and helpful advisor with a professional and pragmatic approach.
