The Role
- Position: Legal Counsel (Permanent)

- Location: Hull, with hybrid working options
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing commercial legal advice, supporting the business’s strategic goals, and managing a range of contractual and commercial matters. You will be involved in drafting, negotiation, and advising on various commercial agreements, contributing to the organisation’s continued success.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (circa 5+ PQE) with a proven background in Commercial Law
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong practical legal skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
