About the role

Within this Residential Conveyancing role, you will be working alongside a respected Head of Department on matters including:

  • Setting up Property files including AML checks
  • Commission surveys and subsequent reports
  • Dealing with sale and purchase transactions from instruction to post-completion
  • Filling SDLTs, registration of title and liaising with the land registry
  • Liaise with surveyors, estate agents and clients all throughout the process
  • Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters within a low-volume team, working on some interesting cases

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years’ previous experience within Residential Conveyancing, is looking to join a supportive team that works closely together, and someone who has excellent client care skills.

The ideal candidate will either be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
