About the role
This full-time, office-based role in Leeds offers an excellent platform for a solicitor with a strong background in civil and commercial litigation, particularly those with experience in debt recovery. You will manage a varied caseload, including debt recovery, contractual disputes, enforcement proceedings, and statutory claims. Your responsibilities will include advising clients, drafting legal documents, acting as a senior point of escalation on complex matters, and supporting improvement initiatives within the team. The ideal candidate
The successful applicant will have at least 4 years' PQE in civil or commercial litigation and a solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules across all tracks.
