Looking for your next step in litigation? We’re working with a well-established regional law firm that is looking to strengthen its Litigation team.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of contentious matters, advising both commercial and private clients while developing your technical expertise and building strong client relationships.
The opportunity
- Manage a varied caseload of Litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Advise on a range of commercial and civil disputes, including contract disputes, debt recovery and property litigation.
- Handle contentious probate, professional negligence, partnership and shareholder disputes.
- Build strong client relationships, providing practical advice and keeping clients informed throughout their matters.
About you
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation.
- Confident managing your own caseload and advising on a range of contentious matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- A commercially minded approach with a genuine interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
