About the role
- Position: Multi-Track Claimant Litigator
- Practice Area: Personal Injury / RTA Claims
- Location: Doncaster (office-based during probation with fantastic hybrid working after).
- Caseload: Managing approx. 25–30 multi-track claims, including some fixed-fee lower-value cases.
The successful candidate will be integral in managing a busy caseload, supporting and mentoring assistants, and helping develop future fee earners. The role could perhaps offer scope for progression into supervision or management as the team expands, with a focus on sustaining an environment of growth, collaboration, and autonomy.
The ideal candidate
- Several years' experience handling multi-track personal injury claims—including RTA work.
- CILEX Litigator with litigation rights, or an experienced non-qualified candidate with strong expertise.
- Comfortable managing a varied workload with a focus on quality and client care.
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing junior team members.
