Our Client, a leading commercial law firm in the north of England, is looking to recruit a Serious Injury Solicitor to focus on Neurotrauma work within their leading claimant personal injury team. The role would suit a Serious Injury Solicitor with around 1-5 years PQE handling brain and spinal cord injury claims, ideally within a claimant environment, though candidates with only defendant serious injury experience are still encouraged to apply. Ideally you will be based in Yorkshire (Leeds/York/Sheffield), although the firm is very accommodating of flexible and remote working practices.
The team is responsible for handling high-value, complex neurotrauma cases, valued into the several millions of £, including brain and spinal injuries. The successful candidate will enjoy autonomy working on their own caseload of high-value cases (with appropriate support), as well as assisting Partners as part of a team on much larger, more complex matters.
This is a very succesful and growing team which has already recruited some fantastic senior lawyers - a great opportunity for those looking to progress their career within high-value neurotrauma personal injury work, within a supportive environment offering great development and progression opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years PQE gained in serious injuries, ideally claimant though defendant Solicitors will also be considered.
- The ability to deal with complex cases and vulnerable clients.
- A confident litigator with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
What’s on offer?:
