Our client, a well-established firm with a rich heritage and a people-focused approach, is seeking a New Build Conveyancing Executive to join their Mansfield team. The role involves working closely with an experienced Legal Advisor, managing caseloads from instruction through to completion, and providing exceptional support and service to clients. Your responsibilities include handling day-to-day files, managing communications with clients and third parties, and using the firm's innovative case management system to streamline processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong conveyancing experience, preferably in New Build, but comprehensive training will be provided for those new to this specialism. You should be highly organised, confident in your communication, attentive to detail, and comfortable working both independently and within a team. Excellent customer service skills and a personable manner are essential.
