A leading Legal 500 ranked law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded and expanding Dispute Resolution team based in Chester.

The successful candidate will join an established Property Litigation team, working alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors on a varied caseload of complex property disputes. About The Role
Within this Property Litigation Solicitor role, you will join a well-established and supportive team, managing your own caseload of property disputes and providing commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients.
Your work will include advising on matters such as:
Alongside handling your own matters, you will play an important role in supporting the continued growth and success of the department. This will include developing strong client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives, supporting Partners and Heads of Department with complex matters, and supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team.
About You
You will be a confident and commercially aware solicitor with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively. You should be comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team, whilst also being proactive in developing client relationships and contributing to the wider success of the department.
