A leading, Legal 500 ranked law firm seeking a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing firm based in Chester.
About the role
Within this Property Litigation Solicitor role, you will be joining a well-established and supportive team, working alongside experienced lawyers while developing your own caseload of matters including:
- Leasehold disputes
- Dilapidations
- Restrictive covenants
- Agricultural and farming disputes
- Nuisance claims
Alongside managing your own files with appropriate supervision, you will assist senior members of the team on more complex matters, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality property litigation work. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in networking and business development initiatives, develop strong client relationships, and benefit from ongoing mentoring and training to support your long-term career progression.
About You
The successful candidate will be a newly qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify shortly, with a seat in Property Litigation or relevant litigation experience. They will be eager to develop their technical expertise, work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, and be confident managing their workload while seeking guidance where appropriate. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in building a career in Property Litigation are essential.
