The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its growing Real Estate team in Manchester, specialising in Real Estate Finance matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded commercial firm known for its collaborative culture, quality work and strong reputation across the North West legal market. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality real estate finance transactions.
The Role
The successful candidate will support on a varied caseload of Real Estate Finance matters, acting for a range of lenders, borrowers, investors and developers across both regional and national transactions.
You will be involved in:

Assisting on secured lending transactions involving investment and development property

Drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation

Carrying out due diligence and reporting on title matters

Supporting acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions

Liaising directly with clients, lenders and third parties throughout transactions

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Real Estate and Corporate teams
This role offers excellent exposure to complex and high-value transactions while also providing the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters with appropriate support and supervision.
Hybrid Working
The firm offers a modern and flexible approach to working, with a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days working from home.

What They're Looking For

Newly Qualified Solicitor with previous seat experience within Real Estate Finance or Commercial Property

Strong technical understanding of commercial property transactions and secured lending matters

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach

Ability to manage a varied workload effectively and build strong client relationships
