An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established law firm in Warwickshire.

This is a great opportunity for an NQ solicitor looking to develop their career within Commercial Property, working alongside experienced lawyers on a varied range of transactions.

You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your technical skills and build strong client relationships, with support from experienced colleagues as you progress.

The Work will include:

  • Acting for a range of commercial property clients on a variety of transactions.
  • Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
  • Dealing with commercial leases, renewals and assignments.
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters.
  • Reviewing and reporting on property titles.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and other property documentation.
  • Supporting clients with property-related aspects of wider commercial transactions.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers.
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients.
  • Working closely with senior members of the team on more complex matters.

About You

We’re looking for an NQ solicitor with:

  • A training contract or relevant experience in Commercial Property.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within commercial real estate.
  • Good technical, drafting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client care and relationship-building skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
  • A practical and commercially minded approach.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team while developing your own client relationships.
