The Role
As part of the Employment team, you will work on a varied caseload for both employer and employee clients, with support from experienced colleagues who are committed to your ongoing development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a broad range of employment law matters.
- Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal proceedings and dispute resolution.
- Providing HR and employment law advice to business clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Recent qualified or soon to qualify as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience of employment law gained during your training contract or in practice.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- A proactive, commercial approach and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A genuine desire to develop your career within a respected employment team.
