You’ll gain exposure to a varied caseload, combining early responsibility for your own matters with the opportunity to support experienced lawyers on more complex disputes.
The Role
You’ll be joining a busy Litigation team handling a wide range of commercial and civil disputes.
Your work will include advising clients on matters such as breach of contract claims, debt recovery, property-related disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, and general civil litigation matters.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you’ll support senior lawyers on more complex and higher-value disputes, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of the litigation process.
You’ll be involved in drafting correspondence, pleadings and court documents, liaising directly with clients and third parties, and progressing matters efficiently in line with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
This role offers excellent exposure for a junior lawyer looking to broaden their litigation experience within a close-knit and supportive team.
