This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor or someone with up to two years' PQE to join one of the UK's leading specialist Abuse teams.

The team acts for survivors of abuse in complex and often high-profile claims, providing compassionate support while securing justice against institutions and individuals alike.

The role
You'll join a nationally recognised Abuse team, working on a broad range of complex claimant matters including historic abuse, institutional abuse and cases involving serious psychological injury.
You'll manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex claims, gaining exposure to high-value litigation from the outset of your career.
The role offers involvement throughout the entire litigation process, from initial client meetings through to settlement or trial. You'll also work closely with specialist support professionals to ensure clients receive the wider support they need throughout their recovery.
As your experience develops, you'll take on increasing responsibility while benefiting from close mentoring and support from highly experienced practitioners in this specialist area.
What they're looking for
- Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 2 years' PQE
- Experience in litigation, personal injury, clinical negligence or another claimant-focused practice area is advantageous but not essential
- A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable clients and working in a sensitive area of law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities
- Empathetic, resilient and professional approach
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within a specialist team
