NQ Private Client Solicitor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established law firm in Staffordshire.
The team advises a broad range of private clients on matters including Wills, Probate, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate planning. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, build lasting client relationships and gain experience across a varied caseload with support from experienced colleagues.
This is a great opportunity for an NQ solicitor looking to establish their career in Private Client work within a supportive team, with opportunities to develop and progress over time.
The Work will include:
- Advising clients on Wills and estate planning.
- Assisting with Probate and estate administration.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Advising on inheritance and succession planning.
- Supporting clients with a range of personal and family matters.
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Liaising with clients and other professional advisers.
- Providing clear, practical advice on sensitive matters.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care.
- Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters.
- Contributing to the continued development of the team.
About You
We’re looking for a solicitor with:
- Newly Qualified status and experience in Private Client work during your training contract.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client law.
- Good technical, drafting and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A sensitive and empathetic approach when dealing with clients.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work well within a team.
