You'll gain responsibility for your own matters from an early stage, while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions and development work.
The Role
You'll be joining a specialist Commercial Property team based in Worcester, with a particular focus on advising agricultural and rural businesses.
Your work will include a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, licences, easements and development transactions.
You'll also gain experience advising landowners on agricultural property matters, including farm business tenancies, option agreements, overage arrangements and rural development projects.
The role offers excellent client exposure, opportunities to attend site visits and sector events, and the chance to build long-term relationships with an established agricultural client base.
