You'll work on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while benefiting from ongoing training, supervision and genuine opportunities for progression.
The Role
You'll advise clients on a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Help to Buy transactions
Working closely with experienced property lawyers, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while delivering a high standard of client service.
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
- Experience gained within a residential conveyancing seat
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Enthusiastic about building a career in residential property
