An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established team in Warwickshire.
This is a great opportunity for an NQ solicitor looking to build their career within Residential Property, working alongside experienced lawyers and gaining hands-on experience across a varied caseload.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, build strong client relationships and take increasing responsibility for your own matters within a supportive team environment.
The Work will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
- Acting for buyers and sellers on freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Reviewing title and raising and responding to enquiries.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other transaction documents.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals.
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.
- Keeping clients updated and managing expectations effectively.
- Working closely with senior members of the team on more complex matters.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
We’re looking for an NQ solicitor with:
- A training seat in Residential Property or pre training experience.
- A genuine interest in developing a career within residential conveyancing.
- Good technical, drafting and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client care and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
- Good attention to detail.
- A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team while developing your own caseload.
