About the Role
This is a varied Patent Paralegal position supporting attorneys across UK, European, and international patent, trade mark, and design matters. You will manage formalities for filings (including PCT applications), prepare documentation and correspondence, maintain accurate records, and liaise with IP offices and overseas agents.
You will also monitor deadlines, support billing and reporting processes, maintain client data, and assist with diary management and general administration. The role offers broad exposure in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
About You
You will have experience in an IP, legal, or professional services environment and bring strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. You will be proactive, able to manage multiple deadlines, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems; experience with Inprotech is a plus. You will ideally be CIPA qualified.
