About the role
We are seeking a qualified Personal Injury/Medical Negligence Fee Earner with a minimum of three years’ experience to join the firm’s busy department. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload involving both personal injury and medical negligence claims. You will benefit from the support of the Head of Department and an established secretarial team, enabling you to focus on delivering excellent client care and managing your cases effectively. The role also involves contributing to departmental growth through involvement in marketing activities and business development initiatives.
About you
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling personal injury and medical negligence cases, demonstrating strong case management skills and a client-focused approach. You will be proactive, well-organised, and comfortable working independently while contributing to the team. An enthusiasm for business development and a desire to promote the firm within the local community will also be valued. Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and non-qualified Fee Earners with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
