**About the role**
This role offers the chance to manage a diverse and busy caseload of personal injury matters, including fast track and intermediate track EL, PL, and RTA cases, with the opportunity to support multi-track claims. Based predominantly in Lincoln with flexible home-working options post-probation, you will be integral to maintaining the department’s reputation for high-quality, personal service. Your responsibilities will include client liaison, case progression, adhering to performance targets, and contributing to the team’s development through internal and external training and marketing activities.
**About you**
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ PQE as a solicitor, legal executive, or personal injury legal advisor, with a strong understanding of case management systems and IT skills. You will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, professionalism, and a proactive approach to work. Your experience should include managing demanding caseloads whilst maintaining high standards of client care, confident in working within a collaborative environment with a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility and a willingness to develop your expertise further are essential.
