Personal Injury Fee Earner | Hull | Family-Friendly Practice| £32,000-£45,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a well-established and growing law firm as it opens a new office in Hull.
This is an opportunity to become an important part of the new Hull team, working within a busy and successful Personal Injury department and helping to establish the firm's presence in the city.
The Role
The firm is looking for someone who can manage their own PI caseload with a good degree of independence and who is confident taking ownership of matters from the outset.
The wider PI team handles a varied caseload, including:
- General personal injury claims
- Mixed caseload of EL, PL and RTA
- Higher-value and more complex claims
- Clinical negligence work
The Hull office already has conveyancing and family lawyers, and this will be the first personal injury fee earner in this office, but experienced colleagues from the firm's established other office will provide support and supervision. This makes it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a friendly, close-knit environment and would like to play a part in the growth of a new office.
About You
You may be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or fee earner qualified by experience. The level of qualification is not essential; what matters most is your practical PI experience and your ability to manage a caseload without requiring significant training or day-to-day supervision.
You will ideally have:
- Demonstrable experience managing your own personal injury caseload
- The ability to take responsibility for matters from instruction through to conclusion
- Good knowledge of PI processes and procedures
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach
- The confidence to work independently while being part of a close-knit team
The Firm
This regional practice has a relaxed, supportive and friendly culture. The firm is continuing to grow and has a strong family-oriented ethos, with the partners taking a genuine interest in their staff and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
They are looking for someone who will fit into that environment, who is approachable, positive, and willing to get involved with the wider team.
