This is an excellent opportunity for a claimant-focused personal injury solicitor with strong multi-track experience to join an established team handling a high-quality and varied caseload. The Role
- Managing a caseload of complex claimant personal injury matters
- Handling predominantly Multi-Track claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
- Acting for claimants in high-value and complex personal injury matters
- Dealing with serious and life-changing injuries where appropriate
- Advising clients on liability, causation, quantum and litigation strategy
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss and other legal documentation
- Instructing and liaising with medical and other expert witnesses
- Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions
- Preparing matters for hearings and trial
- Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients throughout their claims
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of Multi-Track claimant personal injury claims
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
- Advising on liability, causation and quantum
- Preparing pleadings, statements, schedules of loss and court documentation
- Reviewing medical evidence and instructing appropriate experts
- Conducting legal research and preparing cases for hearings
- Negotiating settlements with defendants and their representatives
- Working with counsel and other professional advisers
- Maintaining accurate and compliant case records
- Ensuring relevant procedural requirements and deadlines are met
- Providing consistently high levels of client care
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced claimant personal injury solicitor with a strong background in Multi-Track litigation. You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with previous claimant personal injury experience
- Strong experience handling Multi-Track claims
- Experience managing complex and higher-value personal injury matters
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedure
- Excellent understanding of liability, causation and quantum
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Experience working with medical and other expert evidence
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a complex caseload with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and commercially aware approach
- Genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for claimants
- Ability to work effectively as part of a wider team
