The role
You’ll be joining an experienced Serious Injury team in Birmingham, working closely with senior lawyers on complex cross-border personal injury matters.

The caseload includes high-value and often life-changing injury claims arising from incidents abroad, including road traffic accidents, accidents at sea and serious illness claims.

You’ll be involved in managing claims from initial instruction through to resolution, gathering evidence, supporting litigation strategy and working directly with clients to provide clear and compassionate advice.

There is also exposure to group actions and multi-claimant litigation, giving you the opportunity to work on large-scale and high-profile matters early in your career.

  • NQ–2 PQE with experience in personal injury or serious injury work
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
