About the role

This role as a Personal Injury Solicitor offers exposure to a diverse and challenging caseload, including fast track, intermediate track, and multi-track claims, often involving serious injuries. The successful candidate will work within a reputable team that handles a high proportion of complex claims, providing an excellent platform for professional development. The role is based in Preston but offers flexible working, with the option to work from home up to two days per week. Salary will be commensurate with experience, complemented by a bonus scheme. Additionally, there is a potential pathway to take an equity stake in the business in the future for individuals who demonstrate the drive and capability.

The ideal candidate

The successful applicant will have at least eight years’ PQE and extensive experience in employer’s liability and public liability claims. While experience in medical negligence, professional negligence, and other civil litigation areas would be advantageous, a strong focus on serious injury and catastrophic claims is essential.
