About the role

This permanent position is based in the heart of London, with the option for remote working, within the organisation’s respected Marine Group. As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload including personal injury claims brought by ship’s crew and passengers, land-based EL/PL claims involving ports, and travel-related claims against cruise lines, yachts, hotels, and airlines. You will also work on industrial disease claims and work-related death investigations. Supported by a dedicated team, you’ll benefit from an intellectually stimulating environment where your expertise contributes to impactful legal advice for clients across the marine sector.

The ideal candidate

The organisation is seeking a qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE, possessing a strong background in defendant personal injury law. You should be confident handling your own claims, demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, and have a pragmatic approach to legal and commercial challenges.
