About the role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing defendant motor claims, providing expert legal advice, and supporting client outcomes with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle a mix of fast-track and intermediate track cases, including Employer and Public Liability matters, while mentoring and supervising paralegals.
  • You will be instrumental in achieving KPIs, driving client satisfaction, and enhancing the firm’s profile through excellent client care.

The ideal candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE, specialising in RTA claims, Employer's and Public Liability claims
  • Strong knowledge of CPR and insurance litigation processes
  • Experience advising insurers and local authorities would be advantageous
  • Comfortable managing a busy caseload with excellent attention to detail and client care skills
  • Proficient in legal case management systems and IT tools
  • A team player who demonstrates professionalism and a proactive approach to development and client service
