About the role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing defendant motor claims, providing expert legal advice, and supporting client outcomes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle a mix of fast-track and intermediate track cases, including Employer and Public Liability matters, while mentoring and supervising paralegals.
- You will be instrumental in achieving KPIs, driving client satisfaction, and enhancing the firm’s profile through excellent client care.
The ideal candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE, specialising in RTA claims, Employer's and Public Liability claims
- Strong knowledge of CPR and insurance litigation processes
- Experience advising insurers and local authorities would be advantageous
- Comfortable managing a busy caseload with excellent attention to detail and client care skills
- Proficient in legal case management systems and IT tools
- A team player who demonstrates professionalism and a proactive approach to development and client service
