About the role
This permanent position as an RTA Solicitor involves managing a personal caseload of predominantly fast-track RTA claims from inception through to resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. While the focus is on Fast Track cases, some exposure to multi-track litigation from high-quality sources will broaden your experience. The role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, balancing office time with remote work to support your work-life balance.
The ideal candidate
- 2+ years' PQE or CILEX qualified, or qualified by experience with a proven track record in RTA litigation
- Strong understanding of the litigation process, with experience handling Fast Track RTA cases, including portal work
- Confidence in litigation, with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage cases independently from start to finish
- Sound knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, case law, and latest legal developments
- Proclaim case management system experience is desirable but not essential
- Tenacious, driven, and passionate about achieving the best outcomes for clients
