About the role
This Supervisor position is within the Casualty team, specialising in Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claims up to £100,000. You will lead a small team of Paralegals and Solicitors, providing technical supervision, motivating team members, and ensuring casework meets both client and firm standards. The role involves managing a caseload of EL/PL claims, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the team’s overall success. You will also have the opportunity to handle escalated cases and participate in marketing activities, all within a flexible working pattern that can include fully remote working.
The ideal candidate
The successful applicant will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, ideally with 2+ years PQE, with supervisory exposure and a background in Personal Injury. You will possess strong organisational skills, be proficient in IT tools such as Excel and Word, and demonstrate excellent communication and analytical abilities. Commercial awareness, resilience, and a proactive mindset are essential to thrive in this role.
