- Handling a varied and interesting planning caseload across a diverse client base
- Negotiating and drafting planning-related documentation and agreements
- Providing expert advice on planning applications, procedures, and appeals
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored solutions
- Contributing to the growth and development of the planning team
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (1+ PQE) with experience handling planning law matters, including applications, appeals, and related negotiations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach to legal service
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
