The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients across a broad range of areas, including:

• Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts
• Estate and Trust Administration
• Court of Protection matters
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Business Succession Planning

You will have the opportunity to work autonomously while benefiting from the support of an experienced team. Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will also contribute to the continued growth of the department through business development, networking and relationship building.

This is a permanent position offering flexibility, with hybrid working and part-time hours available for consideration.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• CILEx qualification or an equivalent legal qualification, with 2–5 years’ PQE in Private Client
• Experience handling a broad range of private client matters
• The confidence to manage your own caseload 
• A proactive, personable approach and a strong commitment to client care
• An interest in business development and helping to grow the department
