About the role
In this permanent position, you will manage a varied caseload covering Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts. Your responsibilities will include supervising junior colleagues, delivering outstanding client care, and supporting the continued success and growth of the department. The role offers a flexible working pattern, with two days allowing for remote work, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Your expertise will help clients through key life moments, providing guidance and reassurance during often sensitive circumstances. You'll also contribute to business development activities, helping to shape the future of the department.
The ideal candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or fully qualified Chartered Legal Executive with 3-5 years of PQE in Wills & Probate. You should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and confidence managing your own caseload. Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable, along with a proactive and organised approach to work. Most importantly, you will be empathetic, client-focused, and committed to delivering high standards of service.
