About the Firm

Sacco Mann is working with a well-established and growing Yorkshire law firm looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor into its expanding team. The Role

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters including:

  • Drafting Wills

  • Probate and Estate Administration

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

  • Court of Protection matters

  • Trusts and Estate Planning

You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload independently while building strong and long-lasting client relationships. The role also offers the chance to play an active part in the continued growth and development of the department.

Candidate Requirements

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with previous experience handling Private Client matters independently.

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Be confident managing a varied Private Client caseload

  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills

  • Have a compassionate and approachable manner

  • Be organised and proactive in managing files

  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team

Candidates with experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration are particularly encouraged to apply.
